The appearance of a text which is a link is in a bright blue color if it has not played never or lilac if already has visited and always stressed: appearance of a link.

1 Insert a link to a website external to our site

We fill the text of "the link-address" with the corresponding external URL field. The URL must be well written so that the link works for which it is recommended not to write it by hand but copy the link to which we want to target by copying the URL from the browser address bar and pasting it in the "Address of the link" field. This is the surest way of ensuring the functioning of the link.

We will differentiate between two types of external links to our site:

  • If the link is within the UA and opens in a new window, this iconenlace externo dentro nuestro sitio
  • If the link is external to the UA, this other icon appearsenlace fuera de la ua
  • With "https" links are external, regardless of the url.
2 Insert a link to another page within our site vual

We use the "Select an item from our site" button. By clicking on him, not a window to select the file in the hierarchy of documents on our site. In the following screenshot we can see an example of this window:

Selección de una página en nuestro sitio para enlazarWhen you click on the page that interests us will appear in the field "Link address" the route to that page automatically, without typing anything.

Dirección de enlace interna3. Towards another section within the same document (internal link)

If we want to link from our document to another section or section within the same document we must use this type of link. Furthermore, is necessary the use of the tool anchor mandatory, as this helps us to determine the what paragraph should link. To specify a link must select the link internal in the dialogue of insert link. The following screenshot shows an internal link selected:

Finally, click on "Insert".

Description

If the page that link belongs to Vual, the description will automatically come out (to be the title of the page to which we aim). This is important for positioning and accessibility issues. A specific event occurs when the description matches the text of the link: only in this case, the description disappear (for html validation).

Remove Hyperlink

Icono quitar hipervínculoDeletes the link created with "Insert Hyperlink" action. Eliminate whatever the type of the link (see "Insert Hyperlink").

Insert / edit anchor

Icono anclaThe anchor allows us to have internal links within the same document. Creating an anchor makes sense if there is a link in another part of the document that links us with her. In the following screenshot we can see the dialog box that appears after the anchor, where we are asked a name button.

Diálogo insertar anclaIn the editor we can identify the existence of an anchor with the icon that appears after their creation. It is this:
