With regard to the visualisation, can specify a description if the image is not to decorate our page and establish some margins (in pixels) for the image. To the equal that the abbreviations, the acronyms or acronyms write previously in the document. To continuation selects the corresponding text to the acronym and presses the button "Acronym". It will show a dialogue to extend the information on the acronyms entered:
If in our document do reference to the UN would write it and afterwards would assign him an acronym:
