SYMPTOM OR PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSES
SOLUTION PROPOSAL
  • No Internet
  • Not accessing shared drives from the server
  • Is not possible to access the programs accessing License Manager (Matlab, SPSS, Maple, Geomedia, Autocad, Cabri, Sdl Trados, ArcGis, Idrisi Andes,...)
  • Off network electronics
  • Damaged network electronics
  • Turn off electronics network (switch next to the Cabinet).
  • Turn off equipment.
  • Light network electronics.
  • Boot computers in the classroom.

  • If after doing this doesn't work, send incidence. Requests will be made through the maintenance application form, choosing "Classrooms" in the location field.
  • There is no Internet
  • Not accessing shared drives from the server

  • Only on a computer in particular
  • Verify that the computer has connected network cable
  • Turn off electronics network (switch from beside the closet)
  • Ignite network electronics (switch from beside the closet)
