Access to UACloud, UA institutional email and other UA electronic services can be made using your email username and a password.
An automated system allows users to get a password and subsequent renewals (in case they forget it or have problems with it).
This system requires a second email account where a message is sent to fulfil the process.
It is, therefore, essential that users provide us with their personal e-mail.
Steps to choose your new password
1. Complete the three data required: ID number + UA e-mail account + personal e-mail account.
2. Tick the “I'm not a robot” box and press "Request".
3. You will get an alert stating that your data have been validated (it will expire in a few hours).
4. The link allows the user to choose a new password directly, avoiding any intermediary.
What's your personal e-mail?
If you are a new UA student and are going to start undergraduate studies: It is the email you provided when you applied for the Valencian University Pre-registration System for new undergraduate students.
If you are a new UA student, you are pre-registering for a Master's degree, a PhD degree, or any postgraduate degree: It is the e-mail you provided when you applied for the UA pre-registration system (PreinsUA).
If you are or were a UA member (an administrative or academic staff member, or a student): It is the e-mail you provided to UACloud > My settings > General > Personal electronic mail. It must be an alternative e-mail, other than your UA e-mail.
