Additional Fifth provision. Accesibility for the disabled and the elderly to the information provided electronically.
One. Public Administrations shall take the necessary measures to make the information available on their respective websites so that it can be accessible to persons with disabilities and the elderly according to the content accessibility criteria generally recognized before 31 December 2005.
Also, they may also require that the Internet sites, design or maintenance by them funded will apply the accessibility criteria set out above.
Two. Likewise, the adoption of accessibility standards for service providers and equipment manufacturers and software will be promoted so that to facilitate access by the disabled or elderly to digital content..
