Organization of a document using schemas




  • Change to the way diagram.

  • The way diagram allows to move paragraphs and whole texts simply with moving the text of the headed that gives beginning to the paragraph or text.     Visualisation of specific parts of diagram

    One of the main advantages to work in the way diagram is that can centre the attention in specific parts of the document. It is possible to visualise a determinate group of levels of titles, hiding the subheads and the text subordinated.     Insert a picture summary with fields of Word


    The fields of word allow to show additional information in the document, as it can be the number of words of the document, the date of update, the name of the owner, etc. Also they allow to create tables of content personalizadas.




    1. It go at the end of the document (CTRL+End)
    2. It insert a new page.
    3. It insert a table of 2 columns and 5 rows.
    4. It enter the data that appear in the following image.
    5. The Statistical column will contain fixed texts.
    6. The column Data will contain fields that word will calculate. For this it is necessary to select the eyelash Insert and afterwards "fast Elements" in the picture Text, and afterwards "Field..."


    Insert a table of content


    Use the styles properly allows to create with ease a table of content (index) of the document. This table can be updated in the case that the document suffer modifications.


    To insert a TDC realise the following:


    1. It go at the end of the document and insert two jumps of line.

    3. Go to the block "Table of content" and press Table of content.
    4. It choose the automatic table 2.



    The update has to do manualmente, selecting the table with the right button of the mouse and selecting "Update fields". In the following question, selected afterwards "update all the table".

    Increase or diminish a title. It press the button INCREASE LEVEL or DIMINISH LEVEL
    Show specific titles in all the document. It press the button of level of title that correspond to the number of levels that wish to visualise.
    Hide subheads and text for the titles selected It select the title and press in the button CONTRACT.
    Show subheads and text for the titles selected It select the title and press in the button EXPAND.
    Show all the titles and independent text. It press the button SHOW EVERYTHING
    Change between showing the first line of each paragraph or all the text indepenciente It expand the title and press in the button SHOW ONLY THE FIRST LINEA
    Move a title contracted. It select the title and puelse in the buttons Move upwards or Move downwards., to move it a line every time in the direction indicated.
    Define numbers of page. It select the menu Insert- Numbers of page. Press in the button FORMAT and teclee to continuation the initial number in the picture 'begin in'.
    Create a table of content It place the point of insertion in the position where have to appear the table of content.It select the menu References - Table of content - Table of content. Press in the button OPTIONS  and select the appropriate options. It press to ACCEPT. It choose a format of table and press to ACCEPT.
